ConsultPro
Public consultation module
RTA OrderPro have developed a bespoke public consultation module to advertise Highway Authority’s DTROs and collect public feedback online. Tailored to match the Council’s branding, the user will be unaware they have left the Authority’s website. WCAG accessibility standards met and bilingual option available if required.
Key features
- Allow the public, local businesses and key stakeholders to give feedback on specific proposals for new or amended Traffic Regulation Orders via a linked survey and map.
- Dashboard for administrators in the Highway Authority to review and analyse responses.
- Provides analysis of results graphically so that they can be imported into reports for decision makers consideration.
- Allows the Highway Authority to define custom surveys via an interface. This includes support for multiple question types (e.g. free text, single choice, multiple choice) and the ability to build dynamic, multi-question surveys.
- Surveys can optionally capture a respondent’s name, address and other details (GDPR).

MaintainPro
Site reporting and Highways maintenance module
RTA OrderPro have developed an onsite reporting tool for remedial works to be notified directly from site (e.g. Potholes, defective street lighting, poor line condition). These reports will then feed into a digitised workflow to be processed in real time by the Highways team.
Overview
- Using the mobile version of OrderPro on site, the site user will recognise the need for remedial work.
- The bespoke module allows on site photos to be pinned to the location on the DTRO map and sent to the Highways maintenance team for processing.
- The information obtained digitally from site will include, geolocation, Road name, Restriction Type (if necessary). Including a text field for the description of the issue, Date and time is auto logged with a date stamped photo upload facility (e.g. mobile phone)
- Functionality of system includes delegation of each report to a nominated officer. The nominated officer is responsible for sifting the report and deciding how best to progress the remedial work via the built in workflow.

- Remedials corrected on site or in the mapping database.
- Full audit trial of timeline and responsibility from report to completion.
- Interactive facility to ensure all works are approved prior to sign off.
- Contractor has the facility to upload completed works reports and photographs from site.
- Summary report on all jobs to be delegated, those current and those completed.

RTA OrderPro
DTRO conversion service
A groundbreaking conversion tool for Digital Traffic Regulation Orders (DTRO) for the DfT’s DTRO hub as part of the suite of DTRO managed services provided already by RTA OrderPro.
RTA OrderPro has created an innovative DTRO conversion tool for DfT’s DTRO hub for Highway Authorities that do not wish to engage a DSP but still need to upload mapped orders from their corporate GIS software to the DfT’s DTRO hub.
The convertor tool accepts all GIS file types and supports every kind of traffic order including, Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO’s), experimental, static, moving, off- street, and even non-TRO’s.
